Would give this app 5 stars but, it's strange that unlike Uber the drivers still call you and ask you where you are and where you are going, even though you input that on the app.

Convenient to use
Ease of booking. For those who cannot speak Cantonese or Chinese, the app is very helpful to book a taxi. Remarks offers many options from English Speaking driver, return booking, etc. One can setup credit card or Octopus for ease of payment. Options to set limits for auto payment without confirmation.
